Shipping Policy

In-store pickup:

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Redmond, WA. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 7 business days. We will email you when your order is ready along with instructions.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Orders are shipped via standard USPS; you will receive a tracking number once they are shipped. If you need expedited shipping, please select expedited shipping during checkout. I will send you a confirmation email of notice of expediting and the ETA of delivery.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Return Policy

Returns/Refund Policy:

As each piece is custom made-to-order, all sales are respectfully final. If you are unsatisfied with your order please contact me within 30 days of your item being delivered. Thank you for understanding.

Damages:

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at contact@sgrz.design with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
